Crispy Baked Chicken

I used chicken tenders to make this easy breaded chicken.  The chicken tastes like chicken strips but they're not fried.  This was an really easy recipe and was a hit with my son who asked for seconds and thirds!

¾ c cornflake crumbs
¾ c plain bread crumbs
2 t chili powder
½ t garlic powder
1 ½ - 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast halves or chicken tenders

Preheat oven to 425°. Mix crumbs, chili and garlic powder. Coat chicken with crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165°). Makes 4-6 servings.
