3 c uncooked bow tie pasta
1 T butter or margarine
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed, optional
1-10.5 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
⅓ c pesto sauce
⅔ c half and half
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Meanwhile, heat butter in skillet. Add chicken, if desired, and cook until browned, stirring often. Add soup, pesto sauce, and half and half. Bring to a boil. Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Stir in drained pasta and heat through. Garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese.
