Mustard Glaze

This recipe comes from my husband's family.  It's simply synonomous with ham at every holiday.  This a glaze is a great way to spruce up your holiday ham.

1 beaten egg
½ c mustard
⅓ c white sugar
⅓ c white vinegar
½ t salt
dash pepper

Combine and cook until thickened – stirring constantly until mixture just comes to a boil. Serve warm or cold. Keeps well in the refrigerator.
