Parmesan Pork Chops

I found this recipe in a Taste of Home magazine and they looked so yummy that I knew I needed to give the recipe a try.  So I made these pork chops for dinner the other night and they were delicious!  I love that they present well but really do not demand a lot of preparation time.  This main dish is easy enough for a quick weeknight meal but looks fancy enough to serve when you have company for dinner!

¼ c butter, melted
¼ c grated Parmesan cheese
2 T all-purpose flour
2 t Italian seasoning
2 t dried parsley flakes
¼ t pepper
4 boneless pork loin chops (¾ - inch thick and 6-oz. each)
2 T olive oil

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, Italian seasoning, parsley and pepper. Dip each pork chop in butter; place in bag, one at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, cook the pork in oil over medium heat for 7-8 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear.
