Tangy Deli Melts

This is a recipe of my own creation! The honey-lime sauce provides a unique twist to the typical hot ham and cheese sandwich. Serve with your favorite potato chips in honor of National Potato Chip Day on March 14.

2 T mayonnaise
2 t Ranch salad dressing
1 t honey mustard
1 ½ t lime juice
½ t honey
2 seeded hamburger buns, split
2 slices each deli ham and turkey
2 slices provolone cheese
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dressing, mustard, lime juice, and honey; spread over buns. On each bun bottom, layer a slice of ham, turkey, and cheese. Replace tops. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
