Parmesan Bow-Tie Pasta Skillet

This is a really fast and easy pasta dish. It was perfect for dinner the other night when I didn't finish work until after 6:00 p.m. and we needed dinner in a hurry!

6 c bow-tie pasta, cooked, drained
1 can (26-oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 c ricotta cheese
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
½ c grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Combine pasta, spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, ½ of the mozzarella cheese and 4 T of the Parmesan cheese in large skillet or large saucepan. Cook on medium heat 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with the remaining ½ c mozzarella cheese and remaining 4 T Parmesan cheese; cover. Let stand 5 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted. Makes 6-8 servings.
